Aims
- monitor the state and change of the climate since it is the main
driving force of the ecosystem
- detect extreme periods and events stressing the trees
- build a database for predicting ecosystem behaviour under various
scenarios
Most of the variables are measured by automatic recording devices
in an open place situated centrally at the IM site.
